Awareness Event in Marking World Autism Awareness Day
The Special Education Program at Al Ain University – Al Ain Campus organized an awareness event in celebration of World Autism Awareness Day. The event aimed to raise awareness among university students, faculty members, and administrative staff from various colleges about autism spectrum disorder and the challenges associated with it.
The event witnessed a strong turnout and active participation from students and academic and administrative staff. It featured informative presentations and short lectures highlighting the characteristics of autism and showcasing effective educational strategies for interacting with individuals on the spectrum.
