Applied Sociology Students Organize “Ma Qasartu” Initiative to Honor University Staff
Students from the Field Training course in the Applied Sociology program organized the “Ma Qasartu” initiative on November 18 to honor university staff and workers for their daily efforts in supporting campus operations, including maintenance, organization, logistical support, and assisting students and faculty, as well as other behind-the-scenes tasks whose impact is felt every day.
The initiative was carried out in collaboration with the “Awnak Ya Watan” initiative and the “Volunteers.ae” platform, as part of student community service activities aimed at promoting values of gratitude, respect, and social responsibility. The event included interactive activities and symbolic gifts to recognize the staff’s dedication and commitment to serving the university.
The students emphasized that the initiative reflects their gratitude for the role of all staff in the success of the university environment and encourages continued cooperation and contribution to the development of the university community.
