Al Ain University Students Explore Food Innovation and Sustainability at Global Foods Conference

Faculty members and students from the College of Pharmacy, Nutrition, and Dietetics at Al Ain University attended the Global Foods Conference at ADNEC Centre, Abu Dhabi. The event focused on food innovation, technology, and sustainability, providing students with the opportunity to learn about healthy food production, manufacturing processes, and sustainable practices.

Participants toured the conference to observe how food products are developed and evaluated, and attended sessions on food security and sustainability, gaining practical insights into the food industry.
