College of Pharmacy celebrates the International Pharmacists Day
The College of Pharmacy students at Al Ain University, Abu Dhabi Campus, celebrated the International Pharmacists Day by distributing souvenirs to the top management, academic and administrative staff and AAU students. They also promoted awareness on the importance of the pharmacists’ role through their projects.
On this occasion, Dr. Noor El Deen Atatreh, AAU Chancellor, stressed on the importance of the pharmacists’ role in the society, and praised the students’ efforts in promoting this idea. He also, pointed out that Al Ain University is always keen on to provide high standards of education in the College of Pharmacy to prepare highly qualified pharmacists.
Dr. Mohammad Ghattas, Deputy Dean of the College of Pharmacy, expressed his pride of the pharmacy students, and encouraged them to achieve excellence in order to prove their competence as experienced pharmacists, and to be capable of entering the labor market.
